Primary Responsibilities: This position supports accounting activities within the financial-accounting team. Responsibilities include receiving and processing accounts-payable invoices in a timely manner; corresponding with vendors and other RoyOMartin locations via mail, e-mail, and telephone; and learning complex state and local sales tax rules and applying them against vendor invoices.
Job Qualifications: To be considered for this position, the candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of prior accounts-payable experience. Furthermore, he/she must be proficient in office-automation software, have a working knowledge of computerized accounting systems, and possess good mathematical skills. Vocational training in basic accounting principles is preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal-communications skills are critical, as this individual is responsible for interfacing with diverse groups of people, both inside and outside the organization.
