Primary Responsibilities: As a member of the construction clean-up crew, individuals are responsible for assisting the supervisor with on-site projects and issues that may develop; performing housekeeping duties for facilities, such as monitoring trash throughout plants and cleaning handrails, catwalks, and grounds; and performing general site maintenance, including grounds maintenance and painting of buildings and equipment. This position services all RoyOMartin facilities and may include overtime and/or weekend work.

Job Qualifications: For consideration, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.

Behavioral Profile: Candidates must have a strong sense of safety awareness and possess an outstanding attendance record. Additionally, he/she must be willing to learn, grow, and work independently and with others. He/she should be flexible with work scheduling, committed to quality, self-motivated with a can-do attitude, and detail and action oriented. He/she must have a sense of urgency, as well as the abilities to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
