Location: All facilities

Primary Responsibilities: As a member of the construction civil/utility group, individuals are responsible on-site carpentry projects, cement projects and equipment operation and maintenance. Equipment includes, bulldozer, road grader, and track hoe. This position services all RoyOMartin facilities.

Job Qualifications: For consideration, candidates must have at least two years of experience in carpentry and/or equipment operation. He/she must possess the ability to read blueprints and demonstrate knowledge of all phases of carpentry work and uniform building codes. The ideal candidate must be able to plan and execute projects. Experience with power tools is required. A CDL, high school diploma or equivalent, and prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.

Behavioral Profile: The candidate must demonstrate a commitment to safety and be willing to learn, grow, and work independently and with others. Further, he/she must be flexible, committed to quality, self-motivated with a can-do attitude, and detail oriented. He/she must have a sense of urgency, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
