Location: Alexandria, LA – Home Office
Job Summary: This position is a professional who oversees the human resources day-to-day functions and responsibilities and manages the hiring process for the corporate office. Responsibilities include managing employee orientation and onboarding, recruiting and staffing administrative processes, applicant care program, and companywide rewards program. The candidate will also prepare analytic reports; create standard operating procedures; update content for companywide recruiting and compliance materials; and manage online talent community, employee forms and surveys, and personnel folders.
Job Requirements: A willingness for innovation and creativity is most critical for this position. A successful candidate should demonstrate knowledge of human resources functions and best practices. A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Efficient administrative, project-management, record-keeping, and Microsoft Office skills are also required.
