Location: Corrigan OSB, L.L.C. (Corrigan, Texas)

Primary Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the mechanical team supervisor include, but are not limited to, ensuring employees follow safe work practices; providing direction and coordinating activities relating to mechanical repair; proactively performing and overseeing corrective and preventive maintenance; conferring with management/department heads to plan preventive-maintenance programs and scheduling maintenance-related activities with production operations; supervising mechanical construction group; managing department labor and material costs; managing employee development and training in the department, as well as ensuring cross-training opportunities are completed.

Job Qualifications: To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a high-school diploma or equivalent, stable employment history, a strong safety work ethic, and 5+ years of experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Additionally, he/she must demonstrate a strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission process systems.
