Location: Corrigan OSB, L.L.C. (Corrigan, Texas)
Primary Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, promotion and oversight of the site’s health and wellness program; performing health screenings; and managing extensive health-services programs that support first responders, drug and alcohol screenings, and annual respiratory and hearing protection. He/she will provide on-site care for acute and chronic personal health issues and work-related minor injury care and case management. Additionally, the occupational health nurse will offer individual and group education, maintain files and supplies, input data, and work with other company nurses and physicians as needed.
Job Qualifications:To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a current Texas RN license and HCP BLS certification. A BSN is preferred, along with 2+ years of occupational health nursing experience. Preferred certifications/training include COHN or COHN-S/CM, CAOHC, respiratory protection, and safety and OSHA compliance.
