Primary Responsibilities: The planning administrative assistant is responsible for data entry of maintenance time sheets, work orders, and preventative maintenance (PM) tasks, as well as printing and distributing weekly PM lists and providing the lists to the planners. Other responsibilities include: providing administrative support to planners; assisting planners, as requested, with daily activities; providing miscellaneous administrative assistance to the maintenance manager; and willingness to work outside of the normal schedule when necessary.
Job Qualifications: Required skills, experience, and/or education includes a high-school diploma or equivalency, and experience with information systems, including Microsoft Office. Knowledge and understanding of Maximo CMMS is preferred.
