Primary Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the production team supervisor include, but are not limited to, developing and implementing safe work practices; providing direction and coordinating activities relating to production; providing leadership to meet/exceed established operational expectations and goals; evaluating manufacturing equipment for safety and functionality; ensuring finished products meet quality standards; performing complex problem solving, while championing continuous improvement; and training and developing new team members.
Job Qualifications: To be considered for this position, candidates must possess high-school diploma or equivalent, stable employment history, and experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Computer proficiency is also required. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in manufacturing, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
