Primary Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the IBiZ philosophy and receiving, verifying, and unloading material deliveries. The individual will notify and/or deliver materials to the customer, scan and file receiving paperwork, maintain organization and proper labeling of spare-part shelves in the storeroom, and resolve blocked invoices for storeroom purchases. He/she will be responsible for coordinating orders and deliveries for site operational supplies, as well as for outbound shipments, repairs, and outstanding assets for the facility. The candidate must also maintain current forklift and extend-a-boom lift certification, along with a safe operating record. Travel to other company facilities, company training and/or meetings may be required.
Job Qualifications: For consideration, candidates must possess an understanding of commonly-used business concepts, practices, and procedures. Computer proficiency and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required. Prior receiving and/or storeroom experience, along with experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred. A degree or certification in a related field is also a plus.

Critical skills include interpersonal and team communications, prioritization, and the ability to multitask. Detail orientation, self-confidence, and a sense of urgency are also important.
