Terry Secrest is the Executive Vice President of Manufacturing and Product Sales for Martin Sustainable Resources L.L.C. Terry is responsible for the sale of all plywood, timbers, and OSB products, along with the safe and efficient manufacturing of the products. The manufacturing and sales organization makes up 1,100 members of the RoyOMartin workforce.
Terry earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University. After graduation, Terry worked 18 years at International Paper, progressing from Process Engineer to Plant Manager before joining RoyOMartin in 2004. He was the Plant Manager of LeMoyen OSB, the OSB Business Unit Vice President, and the Corporate Safety Director before being promoted to Executive Vice President of Manufacturing and Sales in 2019. Terry led the effort to build successful teams to start up and operate the two largest manufacturing investments in company history and is heavily involved in the newest expansion at Corrigan. In addition, he has helped shape the safety culture that RoyOMartin values today.
Terry is a member of the APA PS2 and safety committees and is a former board member of the United Way of Central Louisiana.
Terry and his wife, Alisa, have two children and are the proud grandparents of three grandchildren.
