RoyOMartin’s management of nearly 550,000 acres of timberland assets has been Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certified since 2002. This certification verifies that our timberland-management practices are consistent with the tenets of FSC® in regard to social, environmental, ecological, and economic responsibilities.

RoyOMartin is committed to reducing the carbon footprint. Between the 550,000 acres of highly-productive timberland that we manage and the three manufacturing facilities, RoyOMartin has a net positive CO2-e sequestration rate per year and sequesters more CO2-e than it emits.

RoyOMartin’s management of nearly 550,000 acres of forestland management, fiber sourcing, and chain of custody is Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI®) certified. This certification verifies that our timberland-management and fiber sourcing practices promotes sustainable forestry practices that include protecting water resources, protecting biodiversity, maintaining aesthetics and recreation, compliance with all applicable laws, enhancing wildlife habitat and protecting at risk species and forests with exceptional conservation value.
