Our Girls Can Too! program has officially kicked off for the 2025/2026 school year! At this year’s kickoff events, we introduced the program, connected with participants, and set the stage for an exciting year ahead.

Girls Can Too! launched in 2022 as a part of the RoyOMartin Believes in Women in Manufacturing initiative. Female leaders from our company mentor female students and teach a series of lessons designed to increase their confidence, self-esteem, and knowledge of manufacturing career options available to them. This program empowers young ladies to believe that they can do amazing things as self-sufficient, successful adults.
