RoyOMartin Cade Young
Vice President of Land and Timber

Cade is the vice president of land and timber at RoyOMartin. He joined the company in 2001 and has been engaged in most areas of forestry, real estate, and oil and gas development. After graduating from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry and from Alcorn State University with a Master of Business Administration, Cade has continually taken on increasing challenges throughout his career. Cade and his team maintain approximately 550,000 acres of Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certified timberland, 1,250 hunting leases, and are involved in residential and commercial real estate development, as well as oil and gas.

Active participation on community and industry boards is a large part of Cade’s position. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Texas Forestry Association. Previously, he has been on the executive boards of the American Cancer Society Louisiana Region, Habitat for Humanity Central Louisiana, United Way of Central Louisiana, and the Texas Forestry Association. Cade is a graduate of Leadership Central Louisiana and Leadership Louisiana. He and his wife, Amy, reside in Deville, Louisiana, and have two daughters.
