May 15, 2025 – (Alexandria, LA) The RoyOMartin University – Leadership Essentials program kicked off its 2024-25 cohort last Fall with 14 new leaders across the organization and recently concluded with final presentations and recognition for participants’ successful completion. A graduation ceremony was held last week where they received certificates from Chairman and CEO Roy O. Martin III.
This curriculum provided the basic principles of effective leadership, an overview of the company facilities and departments, the basic responsibilities of leadership at RoyOMartin, and how to coach and lead employees.
