At RoyOMartin, we believe in the power of women in manufacturing. That belief was front and center at our Women in Manufacturing event hosted at LSUA, where we proudly spotlighted six of our outstanding RoyOMartin women.
With schools tuning in both in person and online, the next generation saw what leadership, resilience, and hard work really look like. From forestry to shipping, these women shared their journeys, the challenges they’ve faced, the pride they feel in their work, and the passion that drives them every day. It was more than a career showcase. It was a reminder that manufacturing isn’t just about machines and materials. It’s about people with grit, heart, and purpose.
From the stories shared to the energy in the room, one thing was clear: when women lead with heart, great things happen.
