Dr. Roy O. Martin III retired as chief executive officer in 2025 after 7 years in the role, and E. Scott Poole was appointed as the next chief executive officer. He is the first non-family member to serve at the head of the company. Roy remains chairman of the board and assumes the role of chief investment officer.
