Otis the Black Bear is the RoyOMartin company mascot that joins team members at schools and community events in the regions in which we operate.

The Girls Can Too mentor program is a partnership with area schools to educate and enrich the next generation of women in the workforce.

The WoodWorks program is a high school course for 11th and 12th-grade students available in Louisiana and Texas to help prepare them for the workforce.
