April 10, 2025 – (Alexandria, LA) At RoyOMartin, we grow trees and people! Our RoyOMartin University (ROMU) program identifies emerging leaders within our organization and develops their potential to ensure that we have a pipeline of leaders prepared to take the next step in their careers.
ROMU-Management is the second level of the program, designed for current and new leaders within the company. By the end of the program, participants demonstrate the knowledge of being a strategic leader and the emotional intelligence to be a servant leader.
