June 19, 2025 – At RoyOMartin, we are committed to being a company where innovation is not only encouraged but is recognized and rewarded. We recently announced the winner of the Innovation Award, which recognizes an individual whose idea had a major impact on our company in 2024.
Forest Management Information Systems Manager Ed Poole from our land and timber team was named the recipient of the top prize for his mobile app field data project. Ed designed and implemented a system that enables our land and timber department to enter and review data in real-time while in the field. This not only improves the accuracy of our information but also enhances our ability to make timely, informed decisions.
Last week, Ed (pictured, right) was recognized and presented with his award by Vice President of Plywood Jeremy Burford (left) at the home office in Alexandria, La.
