The 2025-2026 cohort of RoyOMartin University – Leadership Essentials concluded the program with a graduation ceremony on May 21, 2026. Team members presented their book assignments and key takeaways from their time in the program to their supervisors and our strategic action leadership team (SALT).
The program curriculum provides the basic principles of effective leadership, an overview of the company functions and departments, responsibilities of leadership at RoyOMartin, and how to coach and lead employees.
