On October 7, 2026, RoyOMartin hosted its 10th Annual Women in Manufacturing event at LSU-Alexandria, honoring five outstanding team members for their leadership, dedication, and impact across our company.
From production to administration and beyond, women are helping shape the future of manufacturing every day. Their stories show what’s possible when talented people have the opportunity to learn, lead, and grow.
The event also brought together students, teachers, community partners, and RoyOMartin leaders to highlight the many career opportunities available in manufacturing and encourage the next generation of women to see themselves in this industry.
