On Saturday, November 10, 2018, RoyOMartin employees, retirees, shareholders, and board members gathered at the Alexandria Riverfront Center for “A Season of Growth,” a gala celebrating the Martin family’s 95 years in the wood-products business. Debuting at the gala was a special anniversary video highlighting ways in which the company has grown, especially throughout the past five years, such as the construction of a new OSB plant in Corrigan, Texas. Through interviews with employees and other stakeholders, it also showed how the R.I.C.H.E.S. corporate values—especially a commitment to excellence and stewardship—have guided the Martins’ business decisions for nearly a century.
