Every year, our Land and Timber team takes a moment to recognize the individuals who move our work forward in the right direction, with a focus on safety and a drive for continuous improvement.
This year’s honorees set a strong example.
Mason Slavent, harvesting technician at our Chopin Forestry District, received the 2025 Brother’s Keeper Award. Mason leads by example, looking out for others and strengthening the safety culture across the team.
Eugene Austin, silviculture forester at our Chopin Forestry District, received the 2025 Site Prep Award. Eugene brings new ideas to the table and is an agent of change within the team.
Both are pictured with Executive Vice President of Land, Timber, and Supply Chain Cade Young.
Congratulations, Mason and Eugene! We’re proud of the way you show up for your team and your work.
