In December, RoyOMartin University’s Management program concluded its 2025 cohort with a graduation ceremony. This program is intended for leaders already in place within the company, such as supervisors, team leaders, superintendents, or managers. These participants have proven leadership abilities with a track record of success.
The program utilizes four key components to stretch participants beyond their comfort zones: formal classroom training, experiential learning, intentional mentor relationships, and cross-departmental assignments.
By the end of the program, it is expected that the participants demonstrate knowledge of being a strategic leader, have the emotional intelligence to be a servant leader, and demonstrate proficient knowledge of growing our people.
