June 18, 2025 – RoyOMartin proudly celebrated 11 recent high school graduates who successfully completed our WoodWorks certification program!
Following a three-day orientation featuring several leaders throughout the company, a special signing event was held to officially welcome them as the newest members of RoyOMartin.
Now offered in 16 Central Louisiana and 5 East Texas high schools, the WoodWorks program is a custom-designed curriculum that covers applied mathematics, industrial safety, and employability skills. Students also participate in facility tours and receive mentorship from our safety, maintenance, and operations teams.
High school juniors and seniors enrolled in the program can earn course credit, a certificate of completion, and a guaranteed interview with RoyOMartin. Since its launch in 2007, WoodWorks has provided students a strong alternative pathway to career success—with around 65 graduates currently working across our operations.
